Before you book

Questions people ask first.

Something not covered here? Ask on WhatsApp and a coordinator will answer.

How many days do I need?

The Day Check-up takes about 4 hours, so you can leave the same day. The One-Night Stay is one night and two days.

Which language is the report in?

You receive the full report in English and a summary to share with your doctor at home.

Will someone interpret for me?

Yes. An English-speaking coordinator accompanies you one-on-one through the whole visit, including the results consultation. If you need another language, ask us when you book.

Where is bowel preparation done?

In your private room in the VIP ward. You don't use shared spaces.

What happens if something is found?

You are referred straight to the relevant department in the same building. Kwangdong Hospital does not perform surgery; if it is needed, we refer you to a major university hospital.

What happens after I go home?

We contact you five times over 12 months: the report on D+7, a follow-up call on D+30, a remote consultation on D+90, a check-in on D+180 and rebooking guidance on D+365.

Can you help with a visa?

We assist with visa paperwork and invitation letters once your booking is arranged.

How do I pay?

In Korean won or by credit card. An English receipt is available on request. If the hospital has an agreement with your overseas insurer, direct billing may be possible.

What should I bring?

Your passport. Your coordinator will tell you what else to prepare before your visit.
